Delivered to Your Barn or Stable

We offer delivery service for hay, bagged feed, bedding, stall mats, and other products we carry. Simply call our store to order and schedule a delivery.

Guidelines and Policy

We are committed to delivering your order on schedule, and to the specific location you designate. If we are forced to delay delivery due to inclement weather or other circumstances, we will make delivery as soon as conditions permit.

How to Prepare for a delivery

• Locks: Be sure all pathway gates and delivery site doors are unlocked, or give us an access code.

• Animals: Put away loose horses, aggressive dogs, and other animals that might be disturbed by or interfere with the delivery.

• Hindrances: Clear the delivery path and drop point of obstacles and debris. Re-tie any open or loose bales that are in the drop point area.

• Signs: Post a sign that tells the delivery crew where to place your items. We offer complimentary signs (personalized and laminated) for this purpose. Holler if you need one.

AT-SITE Delivery Policy

To help ensure the safety of people and animals, and minimize disturbance of animals and property, we do not permit our delivery personnel to:

• Stack hay and straw more than four (4) bales high

• Open bags or bales, or fill feed containers

• Place stall mats or shavings in stalls (Stall mats are dropped off within 10 feet of our delivery truck)

• Feed, touch, or move horses, pets, or livestock

• Perform any ranch work beyond handling delivered items and cleaning up any delivery droppings

Star Delivery Program

ROUTINE FEED DeliverY

Our Star Delivery Program allows you to set up a recurring feed order that is automatically delivered to your barn or stable on a routine schedule. No more forgetting to place an order, and one less task to worry about. In the event you need to modify an upcoming delivery, simply call us by 4:00 p.m. the prior day.

Delivery Days and Fees

Applies to ALL deliveries

Effective March 1, 2021 — Our fee and delivery schedule varies by area (see chart below). There may be an added surcharge if the delivery truck must park more than 50 feet from the final drop point, or the on-site delivery is impeded by difficult terrain, slopes, stairs, narrow passes, sand arenas, gravel paths, or other challenges. We also add $10.00 to the delivery fee if the order includes a stall mat.
